Programme Zone Supporters
- Role Title: Programme Zone Support
- Role Purpose: • To support their Zone Leader in the successful delivery of the Shirejam 2023 programme.
- Key Accountabilities: --Role Specific • Aid procurement of activities with their Zone leader (Day Youth Programme, Evening Youth Programme, Day Visitor Programme, Adult Programme) suitable for their zone. • Provide on-site support for activities along with other zone support members. --Shirejam Programme Team • Provide a balanced, adventurous programme against P.O.R. for up to 4,000 young people against a cost-effective model, that is financially modelled and fit for purpose against an agreed zone of activities. • Ensure safety elements are complied with, including risk assessments and application of ways of working, procedure, and policy. • Partner with facilities and operations on site. • Support Communications, Media & social media. • Liaise with key stakeholders, Shirejam Senior Leadership Team, County Commissioner and third parties.
- People Skills: • Experience working at District, County or National Events • Experience of leading teams • Relationship building • Co-operative team player • Able to work with remote teams • Ability to engage with colleagues at all levels including Executive Management
- Technical Skills: • Leading Teams • Good Communicator • Project management principles
- Time Commitment: • Monthly Zone Team Meetings • Bi-monthly Programme Team Meetings • Up to 2 hours a week administration • Weekend Planning Meetings • Week for Shirejam including set up and pack up days
