Role Title: Chef
Role Purpose: • To work with the Head of Operations to successful feed the Shirejam 2023 teams
Key Accountabilities: • Lead a team of kitchens assistants to feed the Shirejam Teams • Ensure safety elements are complied with, including risk assessments and application of ways of working, procedure and policy • Liaise with Head of Operations and Shirejam SLT
People Skills: • Established leadership and influencing skills • Relationship building • Co-operative team player
Technical Skills: • Chef/ Cook or Large Catering Experience • Leading Teams • Good Communicator
Time Commitment: • Up to Weekly Meetings • 3 months before – Up to 2 hours a week administration • Weekend Planning Meeting (if required) • Thurs to Sunday for Shirejam
