Social Media Lead

Role Title: Social Media Lead
Role Purpose: • To support the Media Chief in the Successful delivery of Shirejam 2023 programme
Key Accountabilities: • Maintain the Shirejam social media channels • Support other Media Teams and aid to connect media channels • Partner with facilities and operations on site • Support Communications, Media & Social Media are relevant, suitable and appropriate and utilised to the benefit of Scouting and Shirejam • Liaise with key stakeholders Shirejam Trustees, County Commissioner Three Counties Showground Staff
People Skills: • Attention to detail • Co-operative team player • Able to work with remote teams
Technical Skills: • Good Communicator • Digital suite of tools from Adobe to HTML Skills
Time Commitment: • Weekly Meetings • Upto 4 hours a week administration • Weekend Planning Meetings • Week for Shirejam including set up and pack up days
