  • Role Title: Main Arena Front of House Manager
  • Role Purpose: @@Role Purpose and Key Accountabilities To oversee crowd control in the main arena for the opening / closing ceremonies and evening entertainment. To recruit and organise a team of marshals to assist with the entry and exit of districts to the main arena for the opening / closing ceremonies To work with the Head of Stage and Entertainments to design the entry / exit plans for the main arena including emergency evacuation plans

  • People Skills: Experience working at District, County or National Events (not essential) Relationship building Co-operative team player Able to work with remote teams Ability to engage with colleagues at all levels including Executive Management
  • Technical Skills: Good Communicator Project management principles
  • Time Commitment: Meetings as required (approx. 1 every 3 months) but will get more frequent nearer event  Weekend Planning Meetings (as required)  Weekend of Shirejam
